1. About these terms
These terms and conditions apply to all users of this website and to clients who engage ELITE EVENTS GROUP LTD for event production services. By using the website or confirming a booking, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or proceed with a booking.
2. Our services
ELITE EVENTS GROUP LTD provides event production, planning, coordination and related services for corporate, brand and private events. All services are provided subject to availability and confirmation of a signed agreement or written booking confirmation.
3. Quotes and bookings
Quotes are valid for the period stated in the proposal or, if not stated, for 30 days. A booking is confirmed once a signed agreement and deposit are received. Until confirmation, we cannot guarantee supplier, venue or date availability.
4. Deposits and payment
A deposit is required to secure a booking, with the balance due by the date specified in the agreement. Late payments may result in reduced service levels or cancellation of the event. All fees are quoted in GBP unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Cancellations and changes
Cancellation terms are set out in the individual event agreement. Deposits are generally non-refundable once suppliers have been committed. Changes to event scope, date or location may affect pricing and availability and should be requested in writing as early as possible.
6. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event information, timely decisions, appropriate access to venues, necessary permissions and licences, and compliance with health and safety requirements at the event site.
7. Liability
ELITE EVENTS GROUP LTD will carry out services with reasonable care and skill. Our liability is limited to the total fee paid for the services in question, except where liability cannot be excluded by law. We are not liable for issues caused by third-party suppliers, venue conditions, client omissions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, is owned by or licensed to ELITE EVENTS GROUP LTD and may not be reproduced without permission. Event concepts, proposals and materials we produce remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Force majeure
Neither party will be liable for failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, industrial action, pandemic, government restrictions, or supplier failure. We will work with clients to find practical alternatives where possible.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
